6. ECO-SOL MAX ink model: Installing the Ink Cartridges

Filling with Ink for the First Time

Special procedures are required in installing ink cartridges for the rst time. These procedures are required

only once when ink cartridges are installed for the rst time after shipment from the factory. You rst need to

clean the print heads using cleaning uid and then ll with the inks of the respective colors. This operation

requires two SOL INK cleaning cartridges and six dummy cartridges.

*For SOL INK cartridges and ink cartridges, be sure to use new ones.

*Never, under any circumstances, use anything other than the specied type of ink or cleaning uid.
