Installation guide for FR-3x

You can add new sounds

to

the

internal sounds

of

your

FR-3x V-Accordion.

When

loading new sounds into

your

instrument,

please notice:

~

The file name

of

the

sound expansion

for

ROLAND FR-3x consists

of

three

numbers

and

the

I.B13" file extension.

~

The file

name

of

the

VA-SE-03 expansion

for

FR-3x provided in

this

USB

memory

is: 003.B13.

>

Insert

the

USB

memory

containing

the

new sounds

into

your

FR-3x.

> Press and hold down

the

[SET]

register

until

the

display shows a

parameter

abbreviation.

> Press

the

registers

[3'

....

]

or

[4'~]

to select

the

"Sound"

parameter.

> Press

the

registers

[11

....

]

or

[2/~]

to select

the

file

number

of

the

sound

expansion

that

you

wish to load.

The display shows

the

file

number

of

the

expansion.

In

this case

the

file

number

is

"003".

> Press

the

register

[7

JENTER]

to

confirm

your

choice.

Your FR-3X proposes

first

"USER"

memory

"l"

as internal

memory

set

for

the

sound expansion

> Use registers

[l'

....

]

or

[2/~]

to choose

the

internal

memory

set

(1

or

2)

for

the

sound expansion. You

might

have already installed

the

Alpine

or

Dallape

expansions in

the

memory

set 1.

> Press

the

register

[7jENTER]

to

start

the

loading proeess.
